About The Flourisher
I am Emma, an experienced teacher and advocate for children and families. I use Positive Psychology techniques to empower children and their care givers. I also specialise in providing advice to help parents navigate the SEND system, advocate for their child and make the right decisions for them and the wider family.
I am a busy mum to three children, one of whom is Autistic so I truly understand the emotional and practical challenges families can face to find the right approach for their child.
I look forward to getting to know you and to help you help your children flourish.

consultations for parents
60 minute virtual consultation where I will meet you and take all the background information to understand more about how I can help your child and you. I can then assess and plan the support you may need moving forward.

mentoring
30 minute mentoring sessions with children aged 10-18 where we explore enthusiasms, draw on all the positives and explore any challenges

support sessions
60 minute home visit and 30 minute planning virtual session prior to meeting. Strategies and advice on how to support your child at home/school in the most positive way.
Written plan follow up with easy to follow steps and points to focus on.
